Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore AB Collection cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.
If you have entered the wrong shipping address email austinbrotherscompany@gmail.com and as long as the package has not been shipped we can adjust the shipping address. Depending on mail carrier there may be extra cost involved.
IMPORTANT! After a package has been shipped and a wrong address is used, you may not change the address. Please make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate and complete to avoid risking your package being disposed by the carrier. Ab Collection is not able to accept returns or issue refunds related to insufficient addresses or incorrect addresses.
Why can't I ship to a PO Box?
PO boxes typically are not large enough for packages, therefore the package would be shipped back to us and the package would risk being disposed by the carrier if shipped back. Only USPS is allowed to deliver, which we currently do not use as a carrier.

All other products are eligible for a store credit or exchange only within 7 days of receiving items.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a store credit or exchange, you can contact us at austinbrotherscompany@gmail.com. If your store credit or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a store credit or exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
In the event your product is damaged or defective, please email austinbrotherscompany@gmail.com with the subject line Return Request within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product(s) along with providing reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.
