All other products are eligible for a store credit or exchange only within 7 days of receiving items.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a store credit or exchange, you can contact us at If your store credit or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a store credit or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

In the event your product is damaged or defective, please email with the subject line Return Request within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product(s) along with providing reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.
